Mr. Stephen Lavin coaches the school football and hurling teams.
We are very fortunate to have tremendous ongoing support from our parents to coach and transport our pupils.
We are currently enjoying the following sports at our school – both as organised activities straight after school where the teachers stay to train us and in-school activities where we have a number of visiting coaches who come to put us through our paces and from whom we can pick up expert tips!
Tony Dunne from the GAA Development section comes to the school to teach Junior Infants to Second Class the finer points of hurling and football. Adare GAA Club will continue to reap the benefit in the years to come!
